Job description

We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Production Operators to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position may support various production areas including machine operation, cable processing, extrusion, inspection, testing, and quality verification. Successful candidates will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Read and interpret production schedules, setup sheets, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Load materials and prepare equipment for production runs.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process using measuring devices and testing equipment.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Complete required production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Identify product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations and report concerns promptly.
  • Assist with troubleshooting production problems and implementing corrective actions.
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workplace.
  • Support rework, respooling, packaging, labeling, and other production-related activities as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
