Job description

MACOM is seeking a Photo Process Engineering Manager to leada team of engineers and technicians responsible for sustaining, optimizing, andadvancing semiconductor manufacturing processes in the photolithography areawithin our Lowell, MA wafer fabrication facility. This role requires anexperienced people leader with strong technical foundation in semiconductormanufacturing and demonstrated success driving operational excellence in ahigh-volume production environment.The successful candidate will combine deep processengineering expertise with strong cross-functional leadership, enabling rapidresolution of manufacturing challenges, continuous yield improvement, andexecution of strategic process initiatives. Exceptional communication skillsand the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of theorganization-including customers, suppliers, and executive leadership-arecritical for success.This is an on-site position based in MACOM's waferfabrication facility in Lowell, Massachusetts.
