Advantest is leveraging Industry 4.0 to bring together Innovation, Cutting-Edge Technology, Machining Automation, and Smart Manufacturing as we revolutionize the semiconductor industry. Advantest has the world's best product and solution development capabilities, and unmatched technical support delivered through global teamwork.

Where You Will Work

Our newly built 200,000 sf facility in Chandler, Arizona is just one example of how Advantest is leading the way in precision manufacturing by investing in our ability to deliver real-time decision making through connected networks of data to help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004", setting new benchmarks in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Champion safety as the number one priority throughout every shift by enforcing safe work practices, addressing hazards immediately, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Set up, operate, and control manufacturing processes for all products produced on assigned equipment, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and adherence to established standards across all scheduled shifts.
  • Execute and monitor the production plan in alignment with the manufacturing schedule, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with QMS requirements, work instructions, and documented procedures.
  • Maintain full responsibility for product quality by following inspection plans, verifying conformance to specifications, and ensuring all required quality documentation and records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
