Job description

About The Company

Annora AI is a venture-backed company expanding the capacity and profitability of America's industrial base. We turn manufacturers into software-defined factories by building an AI-native OS powered by manufacturing-specific knowledge and agents.

We work with manufacturers on product, quoting, and the operational systems that sit on top of their ERP. Our customers build configurable industrial equipment sold into factories, fabs, and production operations. We need a forward deployed engineer to own how the product lands in the plant — from first conversation to software that is actually used.

What you'll do

  • Own customer delivery from first site visit to production
  • Sit with estimators, ops, and engineering and learn how quoting and orders actually move
  • Make complex manufacturing and quoting workflows work in software, not slides
  • Build and ship against the systems they already run — ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, tribal knowledge
  • Turn plant-specific work into reusable product so the next deployment is faster
  • Work directly with the team and ship

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering. Production work on backends, integrations, or agent systems counts.
  • Background in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or an ERP company that served manufacturing sites
  • You've shipped real production systems, not just prototypes or intern projects
  • You can own an engagement end-to-end
  • You're strong at making complex B2B operations feel simple
  • You can communicate with operators and executives in plain language, not just write code
  • Comfortable traveling to U.S. customer plants as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ownership and shipped work matter more than title

What this is

High ownership. Early equity. A chance to define how the product gets deployed.
