Basic Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet all requirements listed: Experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience coordinating work assignments across manufacturing activities or work areas. Experience supporting employee hiring, selection, training, and performance assessment.

Experience coaching, communicating with, and developing team members. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Desired Skills Nice-to-have skills that strengthen candidacy but are not required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.

Experience using performance metrics or data to guide decisions. Experience coaching, motivating, and developing team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Standard Job Description Role Overview Lead multiple areas of a manufacturing operation, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, or packaging. You'll coordinate employees and work assignments while supporting hiring, training, performance management, and day-to-day team development. Key Responsibilities Manage more than one manufacturing function or work area.

Coordinate employee work assignments across assigned areas. Support recruitment and selection of manufacturing employees. Train and develop team members.

Assess employee performance and provide appropriate feedback. Support employee recognition and disciplinary actions. Coordinate manufacturing activities to help the team meet operational goals.

Work Environment Manufacturing and production environment. Leadership role supporting multiple functional areas. Regular interaction with employees and other manufacturing teams.
