About the Role
We are seeking an organized, systems-driven Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and the safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment. The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor oversees all aspects of operational performance and ensures objectives are met in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing operations according to best practices.
  • Plan, organize, and drive facility results through performance metrics, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Steward the team as they meet or exceed production and defect targets.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
  • Create and maintain reference materials and audit processes.
  • Model and foster a process-driven environment which includes continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct and indirect reports, including mentoring, coaching, and corrective action.
  • Ensure that customer requirements / contractual commitments are met.
  • Implement and maintain systems to ensure all process parameters are maintained.
