About this role
We're looking for an AI-first operator to serve as the Data & AI team's orchestrator working closely with the Chief Data & AI Officer -leading an enterprise-level Value Office and driving cross-functional execution across a global portfolio of AI, analytics, data, and architecture initiatives. Experience as Chief of Staff for technology leaders is a plus.
In this role, you'll build and run the operating system that turns strategy into outcomes: portfolio governance, executive reporting, intake-to-delivery workflows, value measurement, and accountability mechanisms. You'll bring strong program leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Value Office & Business Impact
    • Stand up and lead the Value Office to track and accelerate measurable outcomes from AI, analytics, and data initiatives.
    • Define and institutionalize a value measurement framework (e.g., productivity, cost reduction, revenue/growth, and customer/product impact).
    • Operate an executive-ready monthly performance and portfolio reporting engine end-to-end (intake, baselining, finance alignment, progress, risks, and actions).
    • Build and maintain a single source of truth for initiatives, value, status, dependencies, and risks-evolving from structured trackers to dashboards as maturity grows.
    • Partner closely with Finance to ensure consistent value definitions, validation practices, and credible attribution.
  • Operating Cadence & Accountability
    • Run the CDAO organization's operating rhythm: leadership meetings, pillar reviews, business stakeholder touchpoints, quarterly planning, and OKR/goal cycles.
    • Drive "last-mile execution" by ensuring clear decisions, owners, timelines, and unblocking actions-with no orphaned follow-ups.
    • Establish and improve workflows spanning intake → prioritization → funding → delivery → adoption → value realization across multiple teams and workstreams.
    • Reduce meeting sprawl and increase decision velocity through stronger pre-reads, tighter agendas, and crisp action management.
  • Portfolio & Program Leadership
    • Maintain the enterprise AI/analytics portfolio backlog and portfolio Kanban, including prioritization signals, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
    • Help scale successful pilots quickly-and sunset low-value work decisively-using a pragmatic, outcome-based approach.
    • Partner with business and IT leaders to establish accountable single points of contact and clarify ownership across federated teams.
    • Drive cross-hub execution and time-zone continuity to enable "follow-the-sun" progress and smoother handoffs.
  • Strategic Projects & Special Operations
    • Stand up and scale AI adoption programs (e.g., copilots, agentic workflows, internal marketplaces/catalogs, enablement, and change management).
    • Coordinate vendor statements of work (SOWs), insourcing proposals, and "build vs. buy" evaluations using clear criteria (TCO, differentiation, IP sensitivity, integration fit, and time-to-value).
    • Support organizational build-outs and hiring waves with HR/TA-ensuring role clarity, leveling consistency, and fast onboarding/ramp.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing complex AI & analytics programs

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
