Responsibilities
  • Oversee production operations including machining, brazing, mechanical assembly, testing, purchasing, planning, production, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as a key liaison with customers to enhance output, yield, and satisfaction.
  • Drive change management initiatives and identify opportunities for resource optimization.
  • Assist in forecasting revenue and managing budgets to ensure financial health.
  • Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of personnel management and team development experience.
  • Extensive experience working directly with customers and managing customer relationships.
  • Extensive experience in factory operations, in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environments.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in change management, process improvement, and driving efficiency initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analytics tools.
