Job Title:Associate, Manufacturing Engineer

Job Code: 40075

Job Location: Londonderry, NH

Job Schedule: 9/80:ย Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday offย ย ย 

Job Description:ย 

  • Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projectsย ย ย 

  • Design develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systemsย ย 

  • Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processesย ย ย 

  • Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new productsย ย ย 

  • Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product linesย ย ย 

  • Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operationsย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • To be qualified, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.ย 

Preferred Skills:ย 

  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, Six Sigma, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint

  • Experience/training with AI tools to be used for systems engineering work, e.g., PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE design

  • Experience/training with process flow mapping, PFEP, production material controls
