Job description

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business.


We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Associates on our Night Shifts (C and D), 7:00a – 7:00p.

As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a.

Physical Requirements

Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift 
Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

Education & Experience:

HS Diploma/GED required

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
