As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems, working with advanced manufacturing equipment, and making a direct impact on production.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC equipment issues
  • Complete scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Assist with machine installations, equipment moves, and facility improvement projects
  • Coordinate with managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors to keep operations running smoothly
  • Maintain maintenance records and purchase parts using SAP
  • Follow all safety, environmental, lockout/tagout, and 5S procedures
  • Perform general facility maintenance, including minor building repairs, painting, plumbing, and HVAC support

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment
