Overview

H.B. Fuller seeks an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and improve equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment. This role drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies while ensuring safe, compliant operations. You will supervise a small team and lead projects that increase uptime, efficiency, and cost control.

Responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance team to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity KPIs.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Oversee high‑risk work (LOTO, confined space, hot work, arc flash).
  • Prioritize and schedule repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex equipment failures.
  • Manage capital projects including scope, budget, and execution.
  • Develop training programs and maintain documented skill records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance or operations.
  • Experience leading employees or coordinating maintenance work.
  • Ability to analyze equipment data and implement corrective actions.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety programs (LOTO, confined space).
  • Experience managing capital or equipment improvement projects.

Compensation & Benefits
