Schedule:

3pm-1am, 6pm-6am


Job Summary:

We're hiring Machine Operators to support a manufacturing production line. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, monitor quality, complete production reporting, and help ensure products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Operators may work on various machines throughout the facility based on production needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment including wire straightening and cutting machines, resistance welders, press brakes, roll formers, and punch presses.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are met.
  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.


Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
