Our team in Ligonier, IN is accepting applications for Manufacturing Production Operators. We are seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators to join our factory production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment factory.
1st and 2nd shifts available!

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor machines in the warehouse to manufacture products according to specifications
  • Inspect parts and products for quality assurance
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team members with other production tasks as required
  • Repetitive assembly actions in a team environment. This role requires, walking, standing, lifting 30lbs, additional responsibilities include installing components, moving product and having exceptional attention to detail for quality control.
