Manufacturing Excellence ManagerFabrication & Manufacturing DivisionReports To: President of Tempe MechanicalLocation: Chandler, AZCompensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, pay rate determined in interviewPOSITION SUMMARYThe Manufacturing Excellence Manager leads continuous improvement and operational development across Tempe Mechanical's sheet metal fabrication facility. This role works directly with company leadership to build a manufacturing operation that is safe, organized, efficient, scalable, and driven by continuous improvement.
