Full-Time Opportunities

Always There Personnel is currently hiring for several manufacturing and industrial positions in the Fort Worth area. These are great opportunities for dependable candidates with manufacturing, fabrication, machining, welding, quality, or industrial experience.

OPEN POSITIONS:

CNC Mill Operator – $18/hr
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Experience operating CNC mills is preferred.

Die Man – $18/hr
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Manufacturing/forge experience preferred.

Die Polisher – $18/hr
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Experience with polishing, grinding, or metal finishing is a plus.

Equipment Technician – $19–$20/hr
⏰ Must be available to work all shifts
Industrial/mechanical experience is preferred.

Forge Helper – $18/hr
8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Hands-on manufacturing work in a forge environment.

Grinder / Grinder Floater – $17–$18/hr
8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Experience with grinders or metal fabrication equipment is preferred.

Hammer Operator – $22/hr
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Manufacturing/forge experience preferred.

Hot Checker – $19/hr
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus.

Leadman – Up to $26/hr
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Seeking experienced candidates with leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

NDT Inspector – $25/hr
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
NDT/inspection experience and applicable certifications are preferred.

Quality Assistant – $19/hr
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some Saturdays may be required, with overtime mostly during month-end. Quality/manufacturing experience preferred.

Welder – $18–$19/hr
2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Welding experience required/preferred depending on position.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have steel-toe boots. Employees will also be required to wear:

Red hard hat
Safety glasses
Work gloves
Steel-toe boots

Men only per the client's current job requirement.
