Work you'll do
As a Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager (iBase-t Solumina) on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead discussions with senior leaders on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
  • Gather business requirements, translate requirements into MES functionality, and collaborate with technical architects on scalable solution design
  • Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for iBase-t Solumina MES solutions
  • Deliver MES projects in a fast-paced, team environment across implementation and deployment activities
  • Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration on future MES capabilities

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience, including 4+ years implementing iBase-t Solumina solutions across design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification development, system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, support, and process documentation
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
  • Prior consulting experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with the iBase-t Solumina platform
  • Software vendor certification
  • Experience leading a project team in a client environment
  • Experience presenting technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited subject matter knowledge
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
