Job description

Location: This position is based on-site in Lebanon, KY. Remote work is not available.
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Employment Type: Full-Time
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering project schedules and capital investments.
  • Develop equipment and tooling specifications and oversee installation, startup, and production trials.
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, efficiency, safety, and productivity targets.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), process flow diagrams, work instructions, risk assessments, and trial reports.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, TS, and company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with injection molding, thermoplastic resins, rubber processing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), conduct design reviews, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
