Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
- 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities,
- Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in manufacturing or HVAC environments preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
