Manufacturing Engineer
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by improving manufacturing processes, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing and assembly issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and documentation.
Manage engineering changes and support new product introductions.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and service teams to improve product quality and manufacturability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
