We're looking for aConstruction Management Internto join our Birmingham team for Fall 2026. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across live projects, work alongside seasoned Project Managers, and learn how innovative construction really happens-from the field to fabrication.
What You'll Do
- Support Project Delivery:Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant PMs on day-to-day operations across active jobs.
- Own the Details:Help prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Stay Close to the Field:Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor progress and resolve real-world challenges.
- Drive Project Clarity:Maintain schedules, meeting minutes, and action logs to keep teams aligned.
- Champion Safety & Quality:Assist in implementing jobsite safety protocols and compliance standards.
