We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business process, analytics, technology, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, improving business processes, and helping leaders make data-driven decisions that strengthen supply chain performance across the enterprise.

Essential Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL DOTransform data into actionable insights
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making.
  • Analyze supply chain performance, trends, and operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and data visualizations.
Improve business processes
  • Evaluate current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process design, documentation, governance, and standardization initiatives.
  • Help drive continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and solve challenges.
  • Facilitate discussions that align teams around priorities and solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional system, reporting, and process requirements.
Support systems and data excellence
  • Help optimize ERP, procure-to-pay, and supply chain platforms.
  • Support data governance, data quality, business rules, and master data initiatives.
  • Partner with technology teams to support integrations, enhancements, and reporting capabilities.
Strengthen governance and compliance
  • Maintain documentation that supports audits, controls, and business governance.
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements.
  • Help ensure data and reporting outputs are accurate, traceable, and reliable.
WHAT YOU'LL BRINGRequired qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, business analytics, procurement, inventory management, enterprise systems, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting supply chain processes including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, materials management, or performance reporting.
  • Experience with ERP or procure-to-pay systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, relational data concepts, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in utility, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, EPC, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, hierarchy design, and systems integration.
  • Experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
  • Project management experience supporting cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with compliance, audit readiness, controls, and process governance.
  • Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or project management certifications.

The targeted base pay for this position is $83,200 to $97,100 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.

*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
