A little about the position:

Job Summary

As a Production Associate you will be performing all tasks assigned in the manufacture of fiberglass swimming pools while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Some of What You Will Do:

  • Fiberglass rolling
  • Mat laying
  • Composite reinforcements
  • Further advancement in skills encouraged into gun running and gel coating

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

  • Experience in fiberglass/composite manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience in construction and/or tile installation a plus.
  • Experience with power tools and pneumatic tools a plus.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
