Onsite Supervisor - Staffing Operations
Hamlet, NC
$18.00/hour
Night Shift / Split Shift Schedule
Olsten Staffing is seeking a dependable and professional Onsite Representative to support operations at a client location inHamlet, NC. This position will serve as the main point of contact for temporary associates and client supervisors while helping ensure smooth day-to-day staffing operations across both 3rd and 1st shifts.
This role requires flexibility and strong communication skills, as the schedule may include a split shift to provide support for both night and day shift operations. Typical hours may include:
• 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Sunday - Thursday with Fridays as needed.
Responsibilities
• Manage attendance, tardies, call-outs, and point tracking
• Assist with temporary associate department assignments
• Maintain communication with client supervisors regarding staffing needs and associate performance
• Conduct coaching and performance discussions with temporary associates
• Assist employees with time clock and payroll questions/issues
• Help maintain a positive working relationship between Olsten Staffing, associates, and the client
• Ensure proper documentation and communication regarding employee concerns and attendance matters
• Provide support across both 3rd shift and 1st shift operations as needed
Qualifications
• Previous staffing, HR, supervisory, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours
• Basic computer and administrative skills required
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
