Manufacturing Technician ( Hanover, MD ) 1741
7+ Month Contract
Pay rate: $30-35/hr W2
Onsite Only
US Citizenship Required
Manufacturing Technician - Level 2 to join our team in Hanover, MD. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
In this job you will:
Build, process, and test subassemblies and assemblies.
Interpret and follow established processes and procedures.
Read and interpret technical documentation, such as prints, diagrams, specifications, manufacturer manuals, and engineering drawings.
Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA and company policies.
Must be willing to perform work on weekends as required.
Must be willing to work overtime as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
No clearance required to start
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Able to read, comprehend and follow established written instructions and drawings without deviation.
Perform basic math and measurement functions.
Communicate nonconformances to management and quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Operating industrial equipment such as precision measuring instruments and hand tools. 
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
