About the Role:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing and production equipment within industrial facilities across the United States. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. The technician will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex machinery issues. A key outcome of this role is to uphold safety standards and compliance while enhancing equipment reliability and lifespan. Ultimately, the Industrial Maintenance Technician contributes to the overall operational excellence and cost-effectiveness of the facility by maintaining high equipment availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
