Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • 1 year experience using a manual lathe in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Skill of working with your hands and using a variety of tools.
  • Skill of using micrometers, calipers, digital height stands, analytical skills.
  • Have a good mechanical background and can trouble shoot on an individual level.
  • Understanding you will get dirty in this position with transmission fluids.
  • Ability to lift 65+ pounds.
  • Be able to stand and work on your feet all day for an 8+ hour shift.
  • Has a "Can-Do" attitude with good time management, communication, and decision-making ability.
  • Self-starting and motivated.
  • Believes in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others.
  • Adhere to all safety rules required to work in a manufacturing environment.
