Job description

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing career where you can learn new skills and take pride in the products you help build? Bruce Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support the production of aircraft-lighting products. Depending on your training and qualifications, you may work in areas such as wire processing, wire-harness assembly and crimping, hand soldering of PCBs, ballast and final assembly, and product testing.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Work in one or more manufacturing areas, which may include wire cutting, wire-harness crimping and assembly, hand soldering, final assembly, ballast assembly, and product testing.
  • Inspect and verify your work to help ensure products meet quality requirements.
  • Identify and report defects, material shortages, equipment issues, and other concerns that could affect production or quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and FOD-controlled work area.
  • Participate in training, cross-training, new-product builds, and continuous-improvement activities.

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to working safely, producing quality work, and contributing to a team environment. Previous manufacturing, assembly, electronics, soldering, or wire-harness experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided for assigned processes. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Candidates must also be eligible for any required U.S. government authorizations under applicable export regulations, including ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772.
