The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting small electrical motors according to established work instructions and quality standards. This role supports daily production goals by operating equipment, handling components, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble small electrical motors and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and semi-automated equipment.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Conduct basic electrical and mechanical tests as required.
  • Identify and report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions to leadership.
  • Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of PPE
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in team meetings
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
  • Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to Team Lead.

Education Requirements

Required Qualifications
