Job description


Position Title:
Manufacturing Associate
Pay Rate:
$22.72 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $25.27 in the first 90 days.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies. This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.
Physical Location:
2575 Palumbo Dr. Lexington, KY 40509
The Job You Will Perform:
  • Safely operating machinery
  • Reading factory orders
  • Accurately reading gauges, tape measurer and other test equipment
  • Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
  • This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
