Overview

PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for New Grad - Manufacturing Team Supervisor to join the team 

This position requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon & evening shifts  

Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400 

The role: As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, you are responsible for leading your team to achieve key performance indicators during your shift.  The primary role is focused on quality performance, cost, service, and safety targets while developing your Team Members on different production lines. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders in all different kinds of department in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Processing, Traffic, Warehouse, and Maintenance as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 + years' Supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You

  • Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
