We are currently looking to add to our manufacturing personnel on the Day Shift and Swing Shift crews at our Hillsboro facility. Looking for motivated individuals to join us and grow with our team!   • Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedure
  • Effectively execute position responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center.
  • Read and follow order specification documents

  • Successfully work in multiple areas of the converting plant and be able to perform to expectations.

Basic Qualifications to succeed

  • Mechanically inclined and able to learn new skills within a standard timeline.
  • Comfortable around heavy equipment in a fast pace environment.
  • Mentally and physically perform at a high pace with a sense of urgency while maintaining company expectation of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
  • Basic Math Knowledge and ability to read a tape measure.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18+ years old
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass drug screen, and physical abilities test.
