Manufacturing Associate I/II – Biologics Manufacturing Location: Princeton Area, NJ Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $20–$25/hr (Associate I) | $25–$32/hr (Associate II) Schedule

  • Standard: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Shift Flexibility Required During Manufacturing CampaignsSunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
    • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
    • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM

Position Summary

  • Support downstream biologics manufacturing in a cGMP cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include buffer/media preparation, chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), viral filtration, aseptic processing, GMP documentation, and cleanroom operations.

Qualifications Manufacturing Associate I

  • 1+ year of GMP manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom experience
  • Experience in biologics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or chemical manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP documentation and aseptic techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred; H.S diploma with 4+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.

Manufacturing Associate II

  • 3+ years of GMP manufacturing experience
  • Strong background in batch records, GMP documentation, and cleanroom operations
  • Experience with chromatography, TFF, viral filtration, aseptic processing, or buffer/media prep preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline OR H.S diploma with 4+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in PPE and sterile cleanroom environments
