Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, wall beds, garage cabinetry, media centers, and other custom storage solutions.

Position Summary
We are currently looking for an Installation Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in installation, cabinetry, and home improvement. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Installers, assisting with the installation of custom storage solutions in customers' homes while learning valuable trade skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Installers with the safe and efficient installation of custom closets, garage systems, home offices, wall beds, and related products.
  • Ensure installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude while working in clients' homes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
  • Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting wage: $22.00 per hour

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
