Job Title: Manufacturing Fabricator

Job Description

The Manufacturing Fabricator operates a variety of production equipment and supports multiple stages of the metal fabrication process, with a primary focus on press brake operations. This role suits individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and are eager to learn and cross-train on multiple machines and processes. The position offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality metal components and finished products.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Perform hardware insertion using Haeger equipment to assemble and secure components.
  • Grind and finish metal parts to meet established quality and appearance standards.
  • Operate laser cutting equipment as needed to support production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Assemble manufactured components and finished products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform shakeout operations and material handling tasks to support efficient workflow.
  • Tap holes and prepare parts for assembly or additional processing.
  • Cross-train on and assist with other machines and production processes as business needs require.
  • Inspect parts visually and using measuring tools to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation to complete tasks correctly and on time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moxee, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
