Job description

 We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with experience in warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, fabrication, assembly, inventory control, and general manufacturing operations.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in industrial or warehouse environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day & Afternoon Shifts Available
 Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience and department)
 Start Dates: To be Confirmed – No Immediate Openings

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment 
  • Load and unload materials and inventory 
  • Perform inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counts 
  • Complete quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards 
  • Read tape measures, work orders, and production specifications 
  • Operate computers for data entry, inventory updates, and shipping documentation 
  • Package, label, and prepare products according to customer requirements 
  • Assist with production, assembly, fabrication, or paint booth duties depending on department 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
  • Support additional warehouse and manufacturing tasks as assigned 

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience 
  • Previous order picking, packaging, or inventory experience preferred 
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations 
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards 
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift 
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • CSA-approved safety shoes required 
  • Reliable transportation to Mississauga work locations
