The Process Operator III troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.

    • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety
    • Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided)
    • Assist the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during 2nd shift operations
    • Support production flow by moving parts through the line efficiently to meet evening shift targets
    • Prepare materials for processing by sandblasting baskets and racks for production readiness
    • Learn to operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots under supervision and training
    • Help ensure all parts meet quality standards and production goals before shift completion
    • Follow strict safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.)
    • Participate in training, shift briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives
