Job description

Job Summary The Extrusion department is responsible for operating and monitoring aluminum extrusion presses to produce high-quality profiles according to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate extrusion press equipment
  • Monitor temperature, pressure, and speed during extrusion process
  • Load billets and assist with die changes
  • Inspect extruded material for defects and dimensional accuracy
  • Prepare extruded material for aging process
  • Work closely with press crew (pullers, handlers, saw operators)
  • Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing or heavy equipment experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
