Job Duties:
This position reports to Wynne Unit License Plate Factory on a daily basis. Duties include oversight of the License Plate Factory operations and staff, direct supervision of staff members and indirect supervision of incarcerated inmates. This License Plate Factory is responsible for the production of all license plates for the state of Texas. Daytoday functions include oversight of all production operations, security of the factory, procurement functions and administrative duties.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have a High School Diploma with two years, fulltime, wageearning experience in the manufacture of license plates or four years fulltime, wageearning experience in any production or manufacturing operation.
You are goal oriented.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You are organized and can maintain efficient ordering of materials to maintain a constant flow of production.
You are detailoriented and keep meticulous records.
You have a desire to build and lead a team to provide critical resources to our agency.
