You will be hands-on with various manufacturing processes, operating equipment, assembling orders, shipping and receiving and maintaining safety standards. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth production flows and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an opportunity to develop your mechanical skills and contribute to a thriving manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling parts using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
  • Operating forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and components throughout the factory floor
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning
  • Assist in accurately organizing, packaging, and shipping individual orders.
  • Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, stocking supplies, and preparing materials for production
  • Follow safety protocols diligently during all manufacturing activities to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Collaborate with team members on production goals, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility to promote a safe working environment

Skills

  • Experience operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools within a manufacturing or factory setting is highly preferred but not necessary.
  • Shipping and Receiving experience is highly preferred but not necessary
  • Warehouse experience is a plus, including inventory management and material handling
  • Must have the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a team environment
  • Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts is essential
