Job Description

Position: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Wilmington, MA (Onsite) Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Support NPI process activities for transition into manufacturing.

  • Assist with tool build, sub‑assembly build, and testing.

  • Read and follow OMS, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.

  • Work in cleanroom environments as required.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve documentation and component problems.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (other disciplines considered).

  • Minimum 5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience.

  • Ability to interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs.

  • Experience debugging mechanical and electrical problems.

  • Hands‑on experience supporting manufacturing operations.
