ROLE OVERVIEW
Robert Half is sourcing an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong integration testing experience to support a large-scale ERP stabilization and modernization initiative built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform manual functional and regression testing within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Execute and validate end-to-end business process workflows across multiple systems
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with finance and business stakeholders
• Review, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation
• Validate integrations including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL/data synchronization processes
• Test data movement and business transactions between D365 and integrated applications
• Support release validation for enhancements and production deployments
• Identify, document, and communicate defects while ensuring complete business process validation
REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES
• Strong manual software testing background, with an eye toward automation opportunities
• Experience with integration and end-to-end testing, including APIs, flat-file integrations, and ETL/data sync
• Ability to validate business workflows spanning multiple integrated systems
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
