IT Support / MES Support Analyst (0–5 Years)

Hillsboro, OR

Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract

The Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Support / MES Support Analyst to support a critical Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project scheduled to go live in March. The ideal candidate will assist with software testing, issue tracking, and production support activities to ensure a smooth and compliant system rollout. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and document software test plans and test cases
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify, log, and track software defects and system issues
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to resolve issues
  • Support MES application during go-live and stabilization phase
  • Ensure software compliance with industry and internal quality standards
  • Document test results, defects, and process improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, or Software Testing
  • Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
