Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and execute the overall testing strategy, approach, and plans for project implementation initiatives
  • Lead testing activities across functional, integration, regression, UAT, end-to-end user journey, data validation, and post-go-live smoke testing
  • Mentor, guide, and coordinate testing teams across multiple business units, regions, and external partners
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and testing needs
  • Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and validation plans
  • Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test data to validate system functionality and integrations
  • Manage defect tracking, triage processes, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities
  • Coordinate testing schedules and deliverables with program leadership, release management, and change readiness teams
  • Ensure test environments, tools, and data are available and prepared for all phases of testing
  • Define, track, and communicate quality metrics, KPIs, testing progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders
  • Support deployment activities and provide quality oversight through go-live and stabilization phases

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management roles
  • 4+ years of experience leading testing teams as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or comparable leadership position
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or similarly complex enterprise platforms
  • Strong expertise in functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing methodologies
  • Experience with data migration testing, data validation, and system integration testing
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or comparable platforms
  • Demonstrated success leading distributed or geographically dispersed testing teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Experience coordinating internal teams, vendors, contractors, and third-party partners
