Job Description

Dynamics 365 CE Developer II to fulfill full lifecycle technical development of Trugreen's Dynamics 365 platform including estimation, development, testing and support. This position will work closely with IT and internal Business teams to build out Trugreen's Dynamics 365 roadmap and implement that vision alongside Trugreen's IT Architecture and Software Development team(s).

Responsibilities

  • Work with Architects, Development team, Business Analysts, and Business users to produce software solutions

  • Develop, implement, and configure approved requests for application features on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/Customer Insights platforms

  • Contribute to help the team to maintain support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/Customer Insights platforms to enhance user experience

  • Develop scripts, identify, and resolve application bugs on Microsoft Dynamic 365 projects and Customer Insights-based

  • Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM

  • Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows, plugins, web resources/scripts

  • Build, update, and configure Customer Insights artifacts to help support the Marketing Team

  • Build endpoints to integrate Dynamics with external systems and sources using SOAP, XML, and REST APIs along with different integration patterns

  • Create and maintain schema and code to support system/program requirements and adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures

  • Create and maintain appropriate user and technical documentation, in addition to support playbooks

  • Work with clients to resolve problems in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate

  • Work independently, balance multiple/competing priorities, and execute accordingly

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Should have 5+ years of in-depth experience and practical knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules ( Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights)

  • Dynamics 365 CE/CRM cloud experience preferred

  • Mandatory Qualifications 5+ years working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, Custom plug-ins for Dynamics CRM

  • Hands on Experience with and/or Knowledge of the Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Experience with agile development and source control management through Azure DevOps

  • Experience in the design, maintenance and implementation of web applications that interact with database systems

  • Experience working with business, engineering, and product teams to translate visions and requirements to Application Development teams

Pay Ranges$65,979.00 - $109,965.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
