We are looking for QA Engineer for our client in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: QA Engineer

Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $46.00hr - $51.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing.
  • Experience in Selenium for test automation.
  • Strong Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End Testing.
  • Strong experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Good knowledge of frontend and backend testing.
  • Hands-on experience in API/Service testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman and SoapUI.
  • Understanding of test automation frameworks and QA best practices.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium.
  • Perform manual and automated functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test documentation.
  • Validate frontend (UI) and backend (API/service) components across applications.
  • Perform API/Service testing using Postman and SoapUI for REST and SOAP services.
  • Validate API requests, responses, business rules, authentication, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Identify, log, prioritize, track, and verify defects through resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to test strategy, automation framework improvements, and QA best practices.
  • Support UAT, production validation, and release testing activities.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance on testing approaches.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Healthcare domain.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured, or similar API testing tools.
