Job description

Overview Our Civilian HR SME will Provide expert civilian personnel administration, workforce management, and strategic HR operations support to national security space organizations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Lead onboarding, offboarding, staffing support, and awards package processing. * Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, staffing trackers, org charts, and complex manpower reports. * Draft executive-level correspondence, memoranda, and high-visibility staffing packages. * Manage critical meetings, schedules, and suspense actions for senior leadership Skills Required Required Qualifications * Master's degree (MA/MS) is required. * Minimum 15 years of experience supporting civilian personnel administration or workforce management in the federal government/DoD. * Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced personnel workflows. Desired Qualifications * Experience managing complex manpower reports for large-scale DoD agencies.
