Job description

Summary – Field Laborer - Utility Systems Inspections: We are currently staffing a short-term sewer manhole inspection project for our client that is expected to last approximately 4-5 weeks. They are an engineering firm that specializes in collecting condition assessment data from sewer collection systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and working with their hands. No direct experience is required as this is a support role in a team of 2 were you would be working with an experienced technician.

Project Info: Sewer manhole camera inspections throughout Seguin, TX, expected to last approximately 4-5 weeks

Schedule: Will vary but generally will be Monday - Friday from 7am-4pm with some overtime and weekend work on an as needed basis

Responsibility Summary – Field Laborer- Utility Systems Inspections:

  • Assist in locating and inspecting sewer manholes through the use of a camera system

  • Prepare the site for inspection and clean-up equipment following inspections.

  • Following proper safety procedures on all work sites.

  • Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment as needed.

  • Document work completed through the use of field notes and data collection software

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualification Summary – Field Laborer- Utility Systems Inspections:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Possess and demonstrate proficiency in the above responsibilities
  • Preferred experience in a hands-on, outdoor settings

You should be proficient in:

  • Field Service Readiness
