Tekberry is looking for a customer-focused
Clerk Arbitration professional to join our client's team in Manheim, PA. In this onsite role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support while assisting with vehicle arbitration and resolving customer concerns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with arbitration-related inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions and case information within company systems.
- Resolve customer concerns by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, and business processes.
- Process clerical and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Operate standard office equipment including copiers, fax machines, and adding machines.
- Perform repetitive data entry while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support daily office operations as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical, administrative, customer service, or call center experience.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive keyboarding and data entry tasks.
Preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state vehicle arbitration laws.
- Automotive, mechanical, collision repair, or body shop experience.
- Experience documenting customer complaints and resolving customer issues.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Manual dexterity for keyboarding and office equipment operation.
- Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
