Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manhattan WMS (WMOS) professional to lead design, configuration, and support initiatives within a dynamic supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, configuration, and ongoing support of Manhattan WMOS
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions in partnership with warehouse operations
  • Author business, functional, and technical requirements documentation
  • Develop and support integrations across WMS, ERP, TMS, and related systems
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive cross-functional resolution
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and testing (SIT/UAT)
  • Design and maintain reports to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer
  • Support 24x7 production environment on a rotational basis

Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness of Manhattan roadmap and enhancements
  • Develop technical documentation and test plans
  • Participate in development, testing, and continuous process improvement
  • Support project delivery in alignment with PMO methodologies
  • Lead training sessions for system updates and enhancements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8-10 years of WMS or supply chain systems experience
