Job description

Job Description Summary:The Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily distribution center activities including
receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and value-added
services. This role operates within an automation-enabled warehouse environment and
ensures compliance with retailer and system requirements.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound RFID shipments and verify against ASN/PO documentation
Perform putaway and bin transfers in WMS (Manhattan SCALE or similar)
Pick, pack, and label orders according to retailer and compliance requirements
Support automated systems (AutoStore, sortation) as assigned
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
Follow retailer routing guides (Walmart OTIF, Walgreens Ulta, CVS, Beauty supplies)

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Picking accuracy 99.5%
Inventory accuracy 99%
Units per hour productivity targets
Zero compliance chargebacks
OTIF support adherence

Qualifications
1+ year warehouse experience preferred
Exposure to automation systems (AutoStore, sortation) preferred
